The All Stars was officially launched in 2012 and started their International rugby program with a successful tour to the HSBC Dubai 7s.  After several years of dedicated hard work the SA All Stars 7’s rugby program is a well-established International recognised brand with a track record of success both locally and Internationally.

 

The SA All Stars 7s Rugby Academy is headquartered at the Harlequins Sports Campus in Pretoria and our training facilities are catered for in the surrounding areas.  We offer high performance training, upper class accommodation and world class playing opportunities.

 

The program director is Mr. Ludwiche van Deventer, a recognised 7’s rugby specialist. Coach and consultant to prestigious teams and institutions such as the Blue Bulls, Ghana, Zambia, Germany and India. Under his guidance a number of All Stars teams have been travelling the world competing in numerous prestigious International tournaments.

 

The focus of the academy is to identify talented rugby players and provide them with professional coaching and elite high performance conditioning. The academy is designed to develop a pipeline of opportunities which enables high performance players the opportunity of achieving their dream of becoming a professional rugby player and to experience the game at the highest level possible which extends far beyond just rugby but also the opportunity to develop into a better version of yourself.
