ROADMAP TO SUCCESS
Reprogramming and training of players.
Every soldier needs adequate training before entering the field of battle. Your first year will be a tough one. Complimented by vigorous training and extreme high performance conditioning every day. Players will train up to 30 hours a week, 7s during the morning, followed by group gym sessions and super league club teaining at night.

Our first year students can qualify for the Super League teams at Harlequins Rugby Club and u/20 Currie Cup. Junior players performing during year 1 will also be selected to be part of the Elite All Stars teams that will compete against the Blitz Boks in training camps in Stellenbosch and other exciting tours and tournaments.

The first year squad also end the year with an exciting tour to participate in the HSBC Dubai 7s tournament in December.
Elite Performance
In your 2nd year we do promote studies alongside your training. Players are now equipped with high performance skills and conditioning. You are also eligible to still compete in the u/20 Super League and Currie Cup.

Our top candidates will also be placed at our International exchange programs in America and Europe. Parents also have the option to register for year 2 at one of our exchange programs abroad.
Qualify and Perform
It is now time to place you at a club and setup contracts. Our best candidates have secured contracts in the past at clubs in SA, Europe and America. You have also qualified as a coach by now and will be able to work at youth programs as a coach. Players that have completed their studies have access to further opportunities in the sports industry.
